Amorphous alloy core transformers use a new type of magnetic material—amorphous alloy—to make the core. Compared to traditional silicon steel sheet core transformers, their no-load losses (the power loss measured on the primary side when the secondary side is open) are reduced by about 75%, and the no-load current (the primary side still has a certain amount of current when the secondary side is open, and this part of the current is called the no-load current) is reduced by about 80%, greatly reducing the operating cost of the transformer. They are currently the most ideal energy-saving distribution transformers, especially suitable for areas with lower load rates, such as city and rural grid upgrades and development in various provinces and cities. This is especially significant in today's society, which advocates for resource conservation.
Our company has timely and carefully developed the SCH15 series dry-type amorphous alloy transformers and the SH15 series oil-immersed amorphous alloy transformers.
